Do I need a subscription to protect my pool?

No. The Free plan is included with every device and provides full automatic sensor-based drainage at no ongoing cost. A subscription only adds cloud monitoring.

Can I upgrade or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the app. If you cancel Paid, your device continues protecting your pool on the Free plan automatically.

Is the $249 a one-time cost or annual?

One-time purchase. The device doesn't expire. You only pay again if you choose to add the Paid plan ($8/mo) or buy additional devices.

What's included in the Business plan price?
